Cowork by RSD is an impressive 15,500-square-foot, four-floor, high-tech space. Every detail is designed for comfort and style. Each floor reflects an element: fire, earth, water, and air. Our modern, ergonomic furniture was selected specifically for Cowork by RSD. Most workstations—in both private offices and communal spaces—feature electronically adjustable sit/stand desks. Reflecting our Alaskan roots, we proudly feature work from local artists throughout our space. And remember: we are as flexible as you are.

The Fire Floor
Our ground floor is home to our floor-to-ceiling, glass-encased circular gas fireplace. It’s surrounded by a comfortable custom-made couch. Two conference rooms, Augustine and Redoubt, may be reserved by the hour or by the day. Two huddle rooms perfect for private calls are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fire Floor is also where you’ll find Cowork by RSD’s reception area and full kitchen. Our espresso machine serves complimentary Kaladi Brothers coffee, and a variety of teas are available. We offer two cold taps with a rotating selection of local adult beverages, a vending machine, and an array of utensils and dishes. There are also hot desks, and individual mailboxes are available for a small fee.

The Earth Floor
The far end of our second floor features a light wall illuminating an image of Denali. Members can sit for a break during the day or as an additional workspace.
The private office spaces and the St. Elias Conference room have etched glass doors. The central workspace features dedicated desks and two huddle rooms.
The Water Floor
The Yukon conference room on our third floor is enclosed on one side by a full folding glass door. You will love the elegant custom etching of Five-Finger Rapids on the Yukon River. The folding glass wall opens to form a lovely event space for workshops, networking events and parties.
An open, well-lit lounge with comfortable couches sits adjacent to the atrium. Here you will find outdoor lounge space with patio doors, heaters and padded furniture. Water Floor also has a nursing room, private offices, dedicated desks and two huddle rooms.
The Air Floor
As seen through the spruce trees of Fairbanks, the aurora borealis dances in etched glass across the walls of our Aurora Conference room. The room also features four skylights and has a 30-person capacity.
Furnished private offices enjoy spectacular views of downtown and the Chugach mountains.
Dedicated Desks
Your ergonomic fully-adjustable sit/stand desk features a locking filing cabinet and ergonomic chair. Available on the 2nd and 3rd floors, each desk includes a Premier Membership. $400/mo.
